It is all cotton, which makes it light weight-- we hate those heavy bulky types, so not to hot to leave on bed in the Tx heat, but still warm for even the times of freezing days of winter.I ordered us one as soon as we returned home. I had searched in stores for so many yrs for everything this quilt offers, but rarely found one and then the colors/patterns not very nice plus price was far from our budget. And now, our son and his girlfriend have asked for a set for their wedding present. Greenland Quilts just may end up in all five of our kids homes.
